Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders.

Next day delivery is available on all fragrance orders when placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched next working day.

All orders are tracked end to end. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the UK only.

Returns

Every bottle ships with a free 2ml sample of the same fragrance, packed outside the sealed box so you can try the scent without opening the bottle. 

Spray the sample and live with it for a few days. If the fragrance is not right for you, email info@rayiemusk.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing. 

Return the bottle in its original condition and in its box. Once it reaches us we check the item, and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 working days of that check. 

If a bottle arrives used and opened, we cannot resell it. We will contact you before doing anything, and any refund will reflect the reduced value. The sample is there so that this never has to come up. 

One returned fragrance per customer. Discovery Sets cannot be returned once the vials have been opened.
